PROTECT-WS® windstorm safety glazing is a high-performance laminated glass assembly designed for commercial hollow metal doors and commercial wood doors requiring protection against windborne debris and hurricane conditions. The multi-layer construction is engineered to resist impact from large missile events while maintaining visibility and structural integrity. This glazing is not fire-rated and is intended for applications where environmental protection and impact resistance are required. Suitable for vision lites, borrowed lites, sidelites, and transoms, this product is commonly specified for coastal, hurricane-prone, and exterior commercial environments requiring enhanced glazing performance.
