Product Details
PROTECT-FE® forced entry resistant glazing is a laminated glass assembly designed for commercial hollow metal doors and commercial wood doors requiring enhanced protection against forced entry and physical attack. The construction consists of multiple glass plies bonded with polyvinyl butyral (PVB) interlayers, creating a durable glazing system capable of resisting repeated impact from tools and physical assault. This product is not fire-rated and is intended for applications where security performance and attack delay are required. Suitable for vision lites, borrowed lites, sidelites, and transoms, this glazing is commonly specified for schools, government buildings, retail environments, and other commercial applications requiring enhanced security.
