Product Details
Tempered laminated safety glazing (LAMI-TEMP) is a multi-pane glass assembly designed for commercial hollow metal doors and commercial wood doors requiring enhanced safety performance. The construction consists of two layers of tempered glass bonded with a safety interlayer, providing increased impact resistance and post-breakage integrity. When fractured, the interlayer holds the glass fragments in place, reducing the risk of injury and maintaining a barrier. This glazing is commonly used in commercial, institutional, and industrial applications where safety, durability, and improved performance over standard tempered glass are required. This product is not fire-rated and is intended for safety glazing applications only.
