Product Details
Hollow metal doors are constructed from high-quality galvannealed steel sheets formed, welded, and reinforced using interlocking seams to create a strong, durable and uncompromising door panel. These hollow metal doors come with a fire rated 18” x 12” bottom louver with operable “Z” blades and include a fusible link that melts at 165° F. Fire rated louver doors provide essential ventilation for stairwells and IT, electrical, mechanical, and boiler rooms while maintaining security. These hollow metal doors are finished with a factory applied, baked-on rust inhibiting primer providing a smooth finish and paintable surface suitable for commercial and industrial environments. They can be used in virtually any application for a dependable, reliable, and long-lasting solution whether it be interior or exterior and support standard or custom hinge and lock preparations. - Meets or exceeds ANSI 250.4 and ANSI 250.8 standard
- Insulated cores to choose from – honeycomb, polystyrene, or polyurethane insulated cores (prices may vary)
- Factory applied 2-part epoxy primer for a superior finish, color gray. After cleaning, this door is ready to be finished with premium latex or oil-based paint
- Fire rated up to 90 minutes and certified by WHI / ITS (Warnock Hersey / Intertek Testing Service)
- Additional features include a non-handed design, 12-gauge heavy duty closer reinforcement, 7-gauge heavy duty hinge reinforcement, 16-gauge heavy duty flush top cap, 16-gauge inverted bottom cap

Louver Specifications
- Model 1900A series with fusible link, melt point 165°F
- Operable “Z” blades with 1” blade spacing attached by interlocking construction 1” deep with a welded frame, louver blades are riveted to operating bar and frame
- External metal tab on the room side louver blade can fully close or fully open the louver blades. When fusible link is activated louver blades rotate and automatically close
- Designed with self-attaching, vandal proof, flanged frames for use in 1-3/4” wood, steel or composite fire doors
- Screws fasten through frame into louver core, leaving corridor side of frame free of fasteners
- 18 gauge cold rolled steel frame with 16 gauge blades
- 1-1/4” trim with mitered and welded corners
- Standard finish: mineral bronze powder coat
- Fire rated: up to 90 minutes
- Fire rating standards: ANSI/UL10B, ANSI/UL10C and CAN/ULC S104
