I am a GM for a newly purchased hotel which will go under renovation. We ran into roadblock with a Door vendor when going through the process of purchasing new doors for our hotel. Somehow, USA Fire Door came up as a possible last minute option. They say, “things happen for a reason”. We are so glad we ran into a roadblock with our former Door vendor. Because that gave us the chance to work with USA Fire Door. We started the initial process at the end of March 2021, and by the end of April we were closing our purchase process with them. Our Account Manager was Savannah. What a professional account manager! She went into details of my purchase like no other vendor had before. She asked multiple questions, just to make sure we were buying and considering everything needed for our Doors/Hotel and she even contacted other of our vendors (Dormakaba- Door locks) to make sure we were not missing anything. It is very reassuring when vendors go out of their way to ensure you know what you are buying, but more importantly, to make sure you are buying what you need. Although there is still a process ahead of receiving the finished product and installing them, needless to say we are very confident of our purchase and very satisfied of the service provided by Savannah, our Account Manager. He was very thorough in going over our specifications so that he could help me order the right products. And when I had a missing piece, apparently due to theft in my own contractors, Alex went above and beyond and got me a replacement without even asking!
