Type 304 stainless steel commercial knocked-down masonry double door frames with #4 vertical grain brushed finish are constructed from high-quality stainless-steel sheets formed then punched, prepped, and reinforced for hardware providing a durable and uncompromising frame. Knocked down stainless-steel masonry double door frames are ideal for new masonry walls; brick, concrete block (CMU), stone, or poured concrete construction and are also used for new and existing wood or steel stud walls. Engineered for durability, these damage-resistant stainless-steel frames withstand heavy daily use in high-traffic commercial, food-processing, hygienic, and industrial environments. They can be used in virtually any application for a dependable, reliable, and long-lasting solution whether it be interior or exterior. - Unequal double rabbet frame with 2” head and jamb face and a 5/8” stop height (4” header face and custom designs available upon request)
- Exact fit mitered corner connections between head and jamb
- For both interior and exterior applications
- SDI Level 3: Extra heavy duty 16ga. 304 stainless steel with #4 finish
- Meets or exceeds ANSI 250.6 and ANSI 250.8 standard
- Fire rated up to 3 hours and certified by WHI / ITS (Warnock Hersey / Intertek Testing Service) with positive pressure and “S” smoke ratings included (meets or exceeds NFPA 80)
- Key characteristics of a #4 finish: Linear fine parallel lines, low-gloss sheen, highly durable, corrosion resistant, easily cleaned and sanitized non-porous surface
- Additional features include 7-gauge heavy duty hinge reinforcements, ½” single return, optional 9/32” silencer preps
- Sound transmission class (STC): 25 to 50 based on installation and grouting or sealing (for higher STC ratings consult an account manager)
